About the main ingredients:

  • Potatoes: Russet potatoes are ideal for gnocchi because they have a high starch content, which helps create a light and fluffy texture.
  • Flour: All-purpose flour is used to bind the potatoes and eggs together to form the dough. Be careful not to overwork the dough, as it can become tough.
