  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 8 frozen mini waffles, toasted
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Loaded Nachos:

  • 1 bag (about 10 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños

How to Make Tailgate Party Food:

Chili Dip:
