How to Make Pumpkin Lasagna

Step 1: Prepare the Pumpkin Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, chicken or vegetable broth, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated through and well combined. Set aside.
